JC is a great service advisor/assistant service manager. He carefully explained my current maintenance needs and the future needs at my next visit. A real professional! The only issue I encountered was the speed of the service. I had an appointment for an oil change, was on time, and it took 2 hours for the service to be completed and my vehicle to be returned to me.
