I dropped my vehicle off on Monday to warranty my battery and fix a broken driver third row seat. I tried to contact my advisor and could not reach him they kept transferring my to to a voicemail of someone else. I finally talked to my advisor who after two days finally told me he changed to battery but he didn’t have anybody to look at my seat until Thursday. He told me if I wanted to pick up the car I could. If not he said he would let me know by nine am on Thursday about the seat. He texted me Thursday morning to let me know that he did not have anybody technician available until the following week because everybody was out sick. Granted I brought the car in on Monday and then learn this until Thursday. Last time I brought my car here it was the same deal. I brought it in for a tire and then he charged me $900 to change a tire. After quoting me around $500. every experience I’ve had at this dealership has been below par. That’s pretty much all I have to say.
