Confirmed Service Customer
All service was completed as requested. I am concerned about the recall issue with the Allison transmission in my 2020 GMC 3500. I'm not totally clear on how this issue will be resolved as "parts" become available. One part was taken care of at this service visit which is good, but what happens from here is a big question. I have not experienced any issues with the transmission to date. Once again, the service appointment went well and my service writer Juanita, was very helpful.
