Confirmed Service Customer
I was not there. My dad was sitting there because there were no shuttles or Uber to take him home. He stayed there for around 3 hours or a little more. At that time no one came to tell him how everything was going. I tried calling the service and no one answered for about 2 hours it said to leave a message and until now that person has not returned my call. All the people I knew when I first bought the car are not there anymore and they always helped. I do not know what is going on but, no communication in the service department. There was only one person who tried to help but she never called me back for the update and she did not know a lot of information. I paid lots of money for the stuff they said that needed to be done. But wanted to charge me for other stuff that was supposed to be done the last time I came in. The last time I brought it in to do service a cap was off in the motor and one of the nuts on the tire was loose and fell off. So what I am trying to say is my dad drives this car and it should be safe for him. I pay a lot for not having problems like this. Please see if a supervisor can call me when they have a moment. Thank you
