Confirmed Service Customer
I turned my truck in for a recall repair, informing my service rep that it was a primary work truck. After being held for two weeks, I picked my truck up to find that no repair was performed. The service rep would not respond to my messages, return my phone calls, and the service department would not offer me assistance since I was already assigned to a service representative. If my service rep is not working, someone else should have access to his communications to ensure customers are being responded to.
