Confirmed Service Customer
I made an online appointment for 9am on 5/24/23. Upon arriving, there were multiple cars lined up in both lanes outside the service entrance, and only one service advisor visible inside. I waited in my car for approximately 15 minutes. No one approached me. Got out and went into the service bay to determine what was going on. Still no one approached me, or even asked my name, and/or if I had an appointment. I was finally directed to a service advisor office. He gave me the excuse they were short staffed due to call offs. NOT my problem! Then, I waited 3 1/2 hours for a simple oil change, and tire rotation. Unacceptable!! I could have gone to a Jiffy Lube, or similar business, and would have been in and out in 30 minutes, and at less cost. I am very disappointed.
